Services

Tichis WebLab provides website development, design, SEO optimization, maintenance, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to:

• Use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Reuse general concepts, techniques, and methodologies
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing materials or templates

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new agreement and additional fees.

Project Timeline

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. However, timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and provision of required materials. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or sales conversions. Our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tichis WebLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
